Curriculum interests include fashion design, digital textile design and printing, Sonobond technology for fashion design,collaborative design experiences in computer-aided design (CAD), and incorporating team-based projects in design courses to help students become proficient problem solvers. Evolution and development of American styles and fashion and changes the U.S. apparel industry are important areas of teaching.
