administrative responsibilities

Serve on the governing body of the Cornell library system, the Library Executive Group, that provides directions, sets policies, priorities, plans, and allocates resources.
Have administrative oversight for two departments:
a) Library Assessment and Communications, which focuses on library statistics reporting, user and trend research, performance measures, benchmarking, and communications with Cornell Library stakeholders internally and externally. http://news.library.cornell.edu/ and http://research.library.cornell.edu/ .
b) Library Technical Services, a department that procures or licenses library resources in physical and digital forms, organizes them for easy and convenient discovery and use. http://lts.library.cornell.edu/
